Carefully prepared from fresh Japanese soy milk and nigari, our oboro tofu has a delicately smooth, silky texture and a gentle, rich soybean flavor.

Served refreshingly chilled over ice with seasonal condiments, it is a light and cooling dish—perfect for the lingering heat of summer.
