料庭 八千代では、夏季限定メニュー「冷やしおぼろどうふ」のご提供を開始いたしました。

新鮮な豆乳ににがりを加え、毎朝丁寧に汲み上げるおぼろどうふは、なめらかな舌触りと繊細な味わいが特徴です。

利尻昆布と枕崎産本鰹節を使用したこだわりのお出汁とともに、涼やかな夏の味覚をお楽しみください。

また、小川治兵衛(植治)作庭の庭園を眺めながら、ゆったりとしたひとときをお過ごしいただけます。

Now Serving Our Summer Seasonal Specialty: Chilled Oboro Tofu

Ryotei Yachiyo is pleased to introduce our seasonal summer specialty, Chilled Oboro Tofu.

Made fresh each morning from premium soy milk and carefully prepared with nigari (natural coagulant), our Oboro Tofu is prized for its delicate texture and subtle flavor.

Served with our specially crafted dashi, made from Rishiri kelp and premium bonito flakes from Makurazaki, this refreshing dish is the perfect way to enjoy the flavors of Kyoto during the warmer months.

Guests can also relax while overlooking the beautiful garden designed by renowned landscape gardener Jihei Ogawa VII (Ueji), creating a truly memorable dining experience.
